Business leader and advisor to creative businesses, non-profits and early-stage tech. Drives incubator and accelerator programmes addressing society's most pressing problems.

Manages a multi-year racial equity partnership — Leadership Lighthouses — supporting the development of social leaders from Black and ethnic minority communities.

Runs work experience, university collaborations and outreach across the North and Midlands. Former teacher and children's residential carer; passionate about uplifting people in community.

Strategic development, finance, fundraising, HR, EDI and governance across NEF, ThinkForward and Mind. Treasurer for MumsAid for eight years, securing over £1m for mental health support.
