What makes HEAL different
Leaders deserve support while they lead — not only when they break.
Grassroots, frontline and community spaces have no shortage of Global Majority leaders. But at national, regional and infrastructure level, Global Majority presence in leadership is minimal. HEAL was built in response.

Every module is woven through eight practice pillars — therapeutic, communal, sectoral and structural — so growth is felt in the body, the work and the system at once.
Therapeutic Coaching
