About TRIUMPH

LED BY THE GLOBAL MAJORITY.
SUPPORT COMING FROM ALL.

We are an independent, global majority-led organisation, committed to increasing racial equity in the youth sector.

Mission

To develop anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice in the youth sector.

Through Awareness Raising, Analysis and Active Facilitation we ensure indidviduals, organisations and institutions are equipped to create an equitable sector.

Vision

A racially equitable sector where the global majority thrive.

Sector leadership will be diverse. Funding will be shared equtably. Career experiences will be positive for colleagues from all communities. Young people deserve it.

Values

What we hold to.

Four commitments that shape how we work, who we work with, and what we refuse to do.

  • 01

    Equity, not optics

We refuse cosmetic diversity work. We build the structures that change who holds power.

  • 02

    Care as practice

Healing, supervision and rest are not perks — they're the conditions for sustainable leadership.

  • 03

    Sector-led

We move with funders, frontline workers and infrastructure orgs. No one is consulted from the side-lines.

  • 04

    Slow accountability

We measure ourselves over years, not press cycles. Change. Not campaigns.
