A flagship leadership development programme blending healing-centred practice, therapeutic coaching, clinical supervision, leadership training and real-world experience.

Created by the TRIUMPH Action Group — a national collective of youth-sector organisations including Local Champions CIC, Think Forward, Football Beyond Borders, Youth Link Scotland, Young Devon, Onside, and others.
